It had an excellent location adjacent to the restaurant, the entire city centre, and the ornate Town Hall. All the employees were USEFUL and outstandingly accommodating.

The location was incredible, on the Channel Tunnel and overlooking city. The room was well-appointed and featured an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar and air conditioner...

We got exceptional and well-appointed room with the loudest bar. The cost was £ 111. The location for Arras was magnificent, really close to center, the adjacent square and the entire city centre. The staff was very helpful all day long.

Stylish, small property. Amicable staff and well-appointed and recently renovated rooms with the bar. Lots of options for breakfast including tea, pastries, jam, fruit, and cheese.

The best aspect of my stay was the modern and well-appointed room. The air conditioning was efficient and allowed me to control the temperature to my liking. Another great feature was the helpfulness of the staff at reception and during breakfast. They were efficient and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met.

One of the things I disliked was the noise level at times. Although I expected some noise being in a central location, it would have been better if the hotel had better soundproofing.

The rooms are exceptional and newly remodelled, and are complete with the loudest bar. The staff are lovely, managed the parking nearby. The property is based in the centre of the town.

They made us feel welcomed and attended to any requests or questions we had. the room we stayed in was well-appointed and had a beautiful view of the city center. We loved waking up to the bustling atmosphere of the square below. the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the surrounding area and finding parking nearby.

The entrance to the hotel was a bit confusing to find, as it was not clearly marked. We had to ask around to figure out where it was located.
